Product Type & Quantity: What are the items (e.g., cosmetics, clothing, packaged retail goods) and roughly how many unique products or setups do you need shot?
Shoot Style: Do you require standard clean packshots on pure white backgrounds, styled lifestyle advertising shots, or creative layouts?
Logistics: Will you be couriering the items directly to our Plumstead studio, or will a team member be attending a collaborative studio session?
IF REQUIRING CORPORATE PORTRAITS:
Staff Count: Approximately how many executives, board members, or general staff members require headshots?
Location Preference: Do you need us to set up our mobile studio directly at your corporate offices (Cape Town, Johannesburg, or nationwide), or will individuals visit our Plumstead studio?
Image Style: Do you want clean studio backgrounds (e.g., solid grey or white) or environmental profiles shot in your active workspace or office environment?
Team Layouts: Do you also require group photos or full-department team shots during the session?
IF REQUIRING COMMERCIAL & CONSTRUCTION PHOTOGRAPHY:

Location & Site Access: Where is the facility or development site located, and are there any specific safety/site induction requirements?
DIGITAL USAGE & DELIVERY NEEDS (FOR ALL PROJECTS):
Please let us know where the final images will be featured—such as e-commerce platforms (Takealot, Amazon), corporate websites, annual report publications, or large-format print marketing.
Once we receive your breakdown, we will carefully calculate the technical and creative requirements and reply with a comprehensive, custom estimate.
